- Make cold calls and outbound calls to source nanny profiles
- Maintain daily call records and follow-up with leads
- Coordinate with internal teams for successful onboarding
Requirements :
- 6 months to 1 year of experience in telecalling / outbound process :
- Good communication and convincing skills
- Ability to work in a target-driven setting :
- Basic computer knowledge
Language Skills
- Mandatory : English and Hindi
- Additional : Any one regional language
