Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Resolve customer complaints and issues effectively
- Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when required
- Maintain detailed and accurate customer records in CRM systems
- Follow up with customers to ensure issue resolution and satisfaction
- Meet individual and team performance targets (quality, response time, CSAT)

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹29,309.00 per month
