Job Title : Customer Care & Retention Executive

Role Overview

We are looking for a friendly, articulate Customer Care & Retention Executive who will connect with customers through calls, build relationships, and drive repeat purchases through thoughtful follow-ups, reorder reminders, and relevant product recommendations. This is a relationship-focused role, not aggressive sales calling.

Key Responsibilities

- Call existing customers to check product experience and satisfaction
- Share reorder reminders and encourage repeat purchases
- Upsell and cross-sell relevant products based on customer needs
- Follow up with interested and past customers
- Answer queries and provide clear product guidance
- Maintain call records and customer notes in CRM

Requirements :





- Robust communication skills (English preferred and Hindi)
- Warm, polite, and persuasive personality
- Comfortable with daily customer calling
- 1-3 years in customer care, telecalling, or inside sales (preferred)

Job Types : Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
