Customer Onboarding Executive - Loan On-boarding & Verification

Location: A-2102/2103, Privilon Behide, Iskcon Temple,Iskcon Cross Rd, Vikram Nagar, Ahmedabad, Gujarat 380058

Salary : 18k to 19k

Key Responsibilities

- Call and engage leads; explain loan products (Invoice Financing, WC Loans, Term Loans)
- Assess basic eligibility and customer requirements
- Collect & verify documents (KYC, GST, Bank Statements, Financials)
- Update CRM and maintain records

Requirements :

- Graduate (Commerce/Finance preferred)
- Experience in tele-calling / loan processing / fintech is a plus
- Good communication and basic lending knowledge
- Strong attention to detail; CRM & Excel familiarity

Positive to Have

- NBFC/Fintech/BFSI experience
- Knowledge of KYC, GST, bank statement analysis
- Exposure to E-sign, E-mandate, Account Aggregator
