Job Title: Customer Executive - International BPO (Outbound Calls)

Location :Park Circus, Kolkata

Job Type : Full-Time

- Eligibility Criteria : Minimum 6 months experience in International BPO (Outbound Calls mandatory).

- Good communication skills in English. :

- Comfortable with outbound calling and B2B interaction. :

- Immediate joiners preferred.

Job Description: Conduct B2B surveys for UK Gas & Energy .

- Make outbound calls to UK-based businesses .
- Generate leads using authorized regional (location-based) business portals .
- Understand business energy requirements and accurately update survey data.
- Maintain high call quality, compliance, and professionalism .

Working Schedule

- Working Days : Monday to Friday
- Weekly Off : Saturday & Sunday (Fixed Off)
- Working Hours : 1:30 PM - 9:30 PM

Pay: From ₹12,000.00 per month
