Who You Are

- 1-3 years of experience in customer support (e-commerce preferred)
- Clear communicator of english and hindi, both written and verbal
- Calm under pressure and able to handle difficult conversations
- Detail-oriented and organized
- Willing to learn about sports products and explain them confidently to customers
- Solution-focused with a robust sense of accountability

What You’ll Do

- Manage order-related queries, status, delays, tracking, and updates
- Resolve customer complaints with a focus on quick and effective solutions
- Handle cases of damaged or incorrect orders , including replacements/refunds
- Coordinate with internal teams (logistics, warehouse, operations) for issue resolution
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-ups
- Educate customers about products to improve their buying experience
- Ensure a smooth, positive experience across all touchpoints
