Job Summary

A Waiter is responsible for providing excellent customer service by taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring guests have a pleasant dining experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Greet and escort customers to their tables.
- Present menus and provide detailed information about menu items (including specials).
- Take accurate food and beverage orders.
- Relay orders to the kitchen and bar staff.
- Serve food and drinks promptly and professionally.
- Check in with guests to ensure satisfaction.
- Handle customer complaints politely and efficiently.
- Prepare bills and process payments (cash, card, digital payments).
- Maintain cleanliness of tables, dining area, and service stations.
- Follow food safety and hygiene standards.





Required Skills & Qualifications

- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
- Previous experience in hospitality or customer service is a plus.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic math skills for billing and cash handling.
- Team player with a positive attitude.
- Adaptable to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.

Job Types : Full-time, Permanent, Internship Contract length: 12 months

Pay: ₹12,500.00 - ₹14,500.00 per month
