- Handle sales calls from US customers for travel-related services
- Sell flight tickets, hotel bookings, and holiday packages
- Understand customer requirements and provide suitable travel options
- Achieve sales targets and maximize revenue
- Provide excellent customer service and build long-term relationships
- Follow up with potential customers and close sales
Requirements :
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Experience in US travel sales process preferred
- Ability to work in night shifts (US shift)
- Robust sales and negotiation skills
- Basic knowledge of GDS (Amadeus/Sabre) is a plus
