JOB SUMMARY

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Handle customer calls and enquiries.
- Provide information about services and assist clients.
- Maintain records of customer interactions and visitors.
- Support front office and coordinate with internal teams.

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA

Educational Qualification: Any Graduates (Freshers can also apply)

REQUIRED SKILLS

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and HR tools.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
- Customer Service Orientation.
