About the Role

As a Retail Sales Officer (RSO), you will be the face of the brand , responsible for delivering outstanding customer service, driving sales at the counter, and ensuring a delightful shopping experience for every guest who walks into the store. This role focuses on retail counter sales , achieving set targets, and building strong customer relationships consistent with the brand’s premium image.

Key Responsibilities

- Greet customers warmly and assist them throughout their shopping experience.
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products, features, and benefits.
- Promote, upsell, and cross-sell products to achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets .
- Handle retail counter sales transactions accurately, including billing and payments.
- Maintain product knowledge and stay updated on current collections, trends, and offers.
- Build and maintain long-term customer relationships to encourage repeat business.
- Manage and maintain merchandise displays neatly at the sales counter.
- Address customer inquiries, concerns,



and complaints professionally and promptly.
- Support inventory checks and report low stock or discrepancies to the supervisor.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth store operations and target achievement.

Qualifications & Skills

Minimum Education : 12th Pass (required) Experience : Prior experience in retail counter sales (preferably in retail/consumer goods/jewellery) is a must. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong customer service orientation and sales mindset. Basic familiarity with POS/billing systems and retail operations. Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. Professional appearance and confident.
