Responsibilities :
- Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to introduce products/services
- Answer incoming calls from customers and address their queries or concerns
- Make follow-up calls to existing customers for feedback or repeat business
- Maintain accurate records of calls and customer information in the database
- Achieve weekly/monthly targets for call volumes and sales conversions
- Collaborate with the sales team to follow up on leads generated through calls
- Provide excellent customer service and build rapport with customers over the phone
- Stay updated on product/service offerings to effectively communicate with customers
- Adhere to company policies and procedures regarding call scripts and communication standards
Good to have:
- Proven experience in a similar role in the blue grey collar jobs industry
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work effectively in a high-volume call setting
- Familiarity with CRM systems and call center software
