Key Responsibilities and Duties :
- Logistics & Shipping : Prepare goods for shipment, pack items securely to prevent damage, and coordinate with courier/transport vendors for pickups.
- Documentation & Data Entry : Maintain accurate records of inventory, update stock levels in the system (e.g., SAM, SAP), and manage dispatch paperwork.
- Coordination : Act as a liaison between the warehouse, sales, and transport departments to ensure timely dispatch.
- Customer Service : Address internal/external customer queries regarding order status.
