We are looking for a dedicated, responsible, and management-oriented Barista who can go beyond just making coffee.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare coffee & beverages with consistency and quality
- Oversee daily floor operations and basic management tasks
- Handle customers confidently as per brand service standards
- Take orders accurately and guide guests with recommendations
- Manage light food operations during service
Requirements :
- Well-spoken (Hindi + basic English)
- Strong leadership mindset
- Presentable, well-groomed, and punctual
- Quick decision-maker under pressure
- Sales-driven and customer-focused
- Loyal, committed, and growth-oriented
