Sales Consultant
- Handle customer enquiries and understand their vehicle requirements.
- Explain vehicle features, variants, pricing, finance and exchange options.
- Generate and follow up on leads through calls, visits and digital enquiries.
- Conduct test drives and product demonstrations.
- Achieve monthly sales and customer satisfaction targets.
- Maintain robust relationships with customers throughout the sales process.
- Coordinate with finance, insurance and other teams for smooth vehicle delivery.
- Maintain accurate customer records and update CRM regularly.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, offers and competitor activities.
Pay: From ₹18,000.00 per month
