Key Responsibilities

- Lead Regional Operations : Manage end-to-end sales, client onboarding, and support functions.
- Drive Revenue : Own the South Mumbai commercial leasing and sales targets.
- Manage Teams : Guide, mentor, and track the performance of on-ground teams.
- Monitor CRM : Maintain strict discipline in funnel tracking, conversions, and dashboards.
- Close Deals : Directly engage in high-value negotiations with corporate clients.
- Solve Problems : Use data-driven insights to resolve bottlenecks in daily execution.

What We Are Looking For

- Experience : 10-15 years of total experience in Real Estate Industry.
- Leadership : Minimum 4-5 years managing regional/city-level sales and cross-functional teams.
- Domain Knowledge :



Prior experience in Commercial Real Estate or Corporate Leasing is preferred.
- Alternative Industries : We welcome leaders from Co-working, Corporate Facility Management, Business Centers, Retail Leasing, or high-involvement B2B services.
- Tech Savvy : Strong command over CRM tools and analytical dashboards.
- Education : Graduate or MBA in Business Management, Real Estate, or related fields.
