Roles and Responsibilities :

- Manage enquiries related to engineering software training and GATE preparation programs.
- Provide explicit guidance on course structure, learning outcomes, batch timelines, and pricing details.
- Drive enrolment through timely follow-ups and effective communication.
- Work closely with training and operations teams to ensure smooth onboarding and batch scheduling.
- Record, track, and update all lead and student information in the CRM system on a daily basis.
- Monitor enquiry status, admission progress, and payment stages through CRM workflows.
- Support learners after enrolment by addressing coordination-related queries.
- Maintain admission records and generate periodic status updates for internal review.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
