- Identify and generate new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and referrals
- Present and promote products/services to potential customers
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Maintain relationships with existing clients and ensure customer satisfaction
- Prepare and deliver sales reports and forecasts
- Negotiate contracts and close deals
- Stay updated on market trends and competitors
Requirements :
- Proven experience in sales or a similar role (preferred but not mandatory for freshers)
- Solid communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Goal-oriented with a positive attitude
- Basic knowledge of MS Office / CRM tools
