Sales Executive | ChampCourts | Upto ₹4 LPA + Uncapped Incentives

We build professional sports courts — basketball, badminton, pickleball, tennis — for schools, corporates, housing societies, and private estates across India. Courts that last 15+ years. A team that's just getting started.

We're hiring a Sales Executive who's hungry, street-smart, and doesn't wait for leads to walk in.

━━ What you'll do ━━

- Generate leads — referrals, digital inquiries, follow-ups
- Meet clients and conduct site visits — understand needs, pitch solutions
- Prepare proposals and estimates using our CRM and internal tools
- Nurture leads relentlessly through the pipeline to closure
- Build relationships with school principals, RWA heads, corporates, and sports academies
- Log every call, every meeting, every deal — CRM is your daily habit
- Hit monthly targets: 150+ calls, 15-20 meetings, 10+ proposals,



1-2 deals closed

4-10 yrs B2B sales | construction, real estate, education, or similar

Strong Hindi + English — you can pitch to a school principal and a corporate FM

Hustler mindset — you create opportunities, not excuses

Basic CRM comfort

Bonus : contacts in schools, housing societies, or sports academies
