Salary Budget - 45k to 80k CTC/ monthly Job Summary

The Medical Superintendent is responsible for the overall medical administration and clinical operations of the hospital. The role ensures high standards of patient care, regulatory compliance, effective coordination among doctors and departments, and smooth day-to-day functioning of all clinical services.

Key Responsibilities1. Clinical Administration

- Supervise and coordinate all clinical departments and medical staff.
- Ensure quality patient care and adherence to clinical protocols.
- Monitor consultant performance, duty rosters, and patient outcomes.
- Oversee emergency and critical care services.

1. Medical Staff Management

- Coordinate with consultants, RMOs, and nursing leadership.
- Review attendance, discipline, and qualified conduct of doctors.
- Conduct regular meetings with clinical teams.
- Support credentialing and privileging of consultants.

- Quality & NABH Compliance

- Ensure compliance with NABH standards and statutory regulations.
- Lead clinical audits, mortality and morbidity reviews, and quality initiatives.
- Monitor infection control and patient safety programs.

- Patient Care Monitoring

- Address medical complaints and escalations.
- Review critical and high-risk cases.
- Ensure timely medical documentation and discharge summaries.

- Operational Coordination

- Coordinate with Nursing, OT, ICU, Lab, Radiology, Pharmacy,



and Administration.
- Ensure adequate manpower and resource availability.
- Monitor bed occupancy, TATs, and departmental efficiency.

- Licensing & Statutory Compliance

- Ensure compliance with Clinical Establishment norms and biomedical regulations.
- Coordinate for renewals of medical licenses and certifications.
- Liaise with government authorities when required.

- Infection Control & Safety

- Chair or support Infection Control Committee activities.
- Monitor antibiotic stewardship and biomedical waste compliance.
- Ensure emergency preparedness and code response systems.

- Financial & Business Support

- Monitor utilization of clinical resources.
- Support development of new specialties and consultant onboarding.
- Participate in budgeting and cost-control discussions.

- Teaching & Training

- Conduct CMEs and clinical training.
- Mentor RMOs and junior medical staff.

- Reporting

- Submit regular reports to management on clinical performance and compliance.
- Maintain records of audits, meetings, and corrective actions.

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Gurugram, Haryana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

Education :

- Bachelor's (preferred)

Experience :

- MS: 3 years (preferred)
- Hospital: 5 years (preferred)
