Position : Clinical Documentation Specialist Shift: Night shift Employment Type : Full-Time
Key Responsibilities:
- Review, organize, and maintain clinical documentation and records.
- Ensure documentation accuracy, completeness, and compliance with HIPAA standards.
- Conduct quality checks and resolve documentation discrepancies.
- Manage document workflows, indexing, filing, and record maintenance.
- Generate reports and maintain tracking logs using Excel and other tools.
- Coordinate with internal teams to support documentation and compliance processes.
Requirements : Bachelor's degree preferred Experience in healthcare documentation, medical records, or clinical administration preferred Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word,
and PDF management tools Familiarity with EMR/EHR systems is a plus Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to handle confidential healthcare information professionally
