Job Title: Factory Manager - Façade & Windows Manufacturing

Location : Goa Unit (Industrial Estate)

Job Summary : Key Responsibilities

1. Factory Operations & Production Management

- Lead daily manufacturing operations to meet production targets safely and efficiently.
- Optimize plant layout, machinery usage, and workflow to maximize output and reduce bottlenecks.
- Implement Lean manufacturing principles and 5S methodologies to minimize scrap and material wastage.
- Oversee regular maintenance of fabrication machinery (cutting, routing, crimping, and welding machines).

2. Engineering Supervision & Design Review

- Supervise the design engineering team to ensure shop drawings and fabrication sheets are accurate.
- Review structural calculations, material take-offs (MTOs), and cutting lists before production begins.
- Ensure all manufactured window and façade systems comply with architectural specifications and wind-load requirements.

3. Execution, Supply Chain & Logistics

- Coordinate production schedules with project timelines to ensure on-time delivery to construction sites.
- Manage inventory levels of raw materials (aluminium profiles, uPVC, glass, hardware, and gaskets).
- Oversee the protected packaging, loading, and logistics of fragile materials from factory to site.
- Liaise with site execution teams to resolve any fitment or fabrication issues instantly.

4. Team Leadership & Factory Administration

- Lead , mentor,



and manage a multi-disciplinary team of production engineers, supervisors, and floor labor.
- Manage labor relations, attendance, shift scheduling, and ensure compliance with factory safety laws.
- Evaluate team performance, identify skill gaps, and conduct technical training programs.

Qualifications & Experience

- Education : B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical, Production, or Civil Engineering. An MBA in Operations Management is highly preferred.
- Experience : 10 to 15 years in façade/window manufacturing, with at least 3-5 years in a managerial or plant-head capacity.
- Technical Knowledge : Deep understanding of aluminium/uPVC system fabrication, curtain walls, spider glazing, and unitized systems.
- Software Skills : Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP/Oracle), MS Project, and industry software like Orgadata (LogiKal) or SchuCal.
- Language : Fluency in English and Hindi. Proficiency in Konkani or Marathi is highly desirable for managing local labor and local administrative bodies.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

- On-Time In-Full (OTIF) delivery of projects.
- Percentage reduction in material wastage and scrap generation.
- Plant safety record (Zero accident tolerance).
- Maintenance of strict QA/QC standards (Zero factory defect returns).

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
