Intime Commotrade Pvt. Ltd. is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Accounts Executive to oversee accounting operations, statutory compliance, financial reporting, account finalization, and audit coordination. The candidate must have strong team management skills, experience leading at least 10 members, and sound knowledge of GST, TDS, financial statements, and banking documentation.
Key Responsibilities

- Lead and supervise an accounts team of at least 10 members, ensuring accuracy and timely completion of work.
- Manage end-to-end accounting operations and finalize accounts, including the Balance Sheet and Profit & Loss Statement.
- Oversee statutory compliance relating to GST, TDS, PF, ESI, and ROC, ensuring timely filings and payments.
- Manage GST and TDS calculations, reconciliations, return preparation, and filing.
- Liaise with the GST department and coordinate matters relating to assessments, notices, and departmental queries.
- Prepare periodic accounting reports and maintain accurate financial records and supporting documentation.
- Coordinate internal and external audits, provide required records, and address audit queries.
- Liaise with banks and prepare provisional, projected, and estimated financial statements, stock statements, and Credit Monitoring Arrangement (CMA) data.




- Maintain statutory records and documentation required under applicable tax and financial regulations.
- Supervise day-to-day accounting documentation and compliance activities.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure accurate financial reporting and timely availability of information.
- Provide management with periodic financial reports and insights to support business decisions.

Qualifications and Experience
Minimum qualification: B.Com (Honours); M.Com or MBA in Finance preferred.
Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in accounting, account finalization, and statutory compliance.
Proven experience leading and managing a team of at least 10 members .
Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, final accounts, and statutory compliance requirements.
Experience preparing Balance Sheets, Profit & Loss Statements, and banking documentation.
Hands-on proficiency in accounting software such as Tally, SAP, or other ERP systems .
Sound understanding of audit procedures, financial reporting standards, and accounting principles.
Key Skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced spreadsheet functions.
