- Good knowledge of UCS, Virtualization / VMware wrt to UC technologies

Technical Skills
Intermediate/Expert level experience in handling Cisco IP telephony Network Infrastructure.
Good knowledge of call routing and media resources.
Collecting and analyzing basic CUCM logs/traces.
Collecting and analyzing voice gateway debugs.
Good understanding of voice protocols and signaling: H323, SIP (mandatory), MGCP, SCCP
Good knowledge on key networking concepts- RTP/RTCP, DNS, LDAP, DHCP, NTP, TCP/UDP,
Valuable knowledge of Unified Communication Licensing and certificates.

Must possess solid communication skills:

- Build client relations (e.g., establish productive and reciprocal relationships with Team, Customers, Partners, and other stakeholders)
- Professional & concise (written & verbal)

- Receives limited supervision
