We are seeking an experienced Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A;) professional to drive financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, performance analysis, and strategic business partnering. The ideal candidate will have robust P&L; ownership experience, expertise in working capital management and cash flow forecasting, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business growth and financial performance.

6. Key Responsibilities :

- Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis activities.

- Own and monitor P&L; performance, identifying key financial drivers and improvement opportunities.

- Partner with business leaders to provide financial insights and support strategic decision-making.

- Manage working capital and cash flow forecasting to improve financial efficiency.





- Drive zero-based budgeting and cost optimization initiatives.

- Prepare financial reports, management presentations, and performance analysis.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align financial plans with business objectives.

- Strengthen financial controls, reporting accuracy, and compliance with organizational policies.

- Identify financial risks, evaluate business performance, and recommend corrective actions.

- Support continuous improvement in financial planning processes and reporting practices.

7. Qualifications :

- CA / CMA / CFA / CPA / MBA in Finance from a premier institute.

- 10–15 years of relevant experience in FP&A;, business finance, or financial controlling.

- Strong understanding of P&L; management, budgeting, forecasting, and working capital.

- Proven business partnering and stakeholder management skills.

- Experience in FMCG or tobacco industries is preferred.

- Experience with leading professional services firms such as KPMG, PwC, Deloitte, or EY is advantageous.

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and presentation skills.
