Required Skills & Experience Core Technical Skills

- 12+ years of relevant software development experience.
- Strong proficiency in .NET Core / .NET 6+ and C# including modern features, design

patterns, and clean architecture.

•Solid experience in C++ (11/14/17/20) including up-to-date C++ features and OOP

design principles.

- Hands-on experience with CUDA programming for GPU-based parallel computing.
- Expertise in Linux development environments (Ubuntu, CentOS, etc.).
- Experience in device integration using C++ with embedded systems and hardware

interfaces.

- Proficiency in developing RESTful APIs using ASP.NET Core Web API.
- Familiarity with performance profiling and optimization, particularly for GPU-

accelerated applications.

- Proficiency in debugging multi-threaded environments.




- Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker.
- Experience with version control systems (Git).
- Worked with Scanners, printers, Cameras, IoT industries, OEMs, Agri Tech

Leadership & Soft Skills

•Proven ability to lead a team of engineers with strong communication and mentoring

skills.

- Solid understanding of software architecture and design principles.
- Experience working in agile/scrum development environments.
- Strong problem-solving skills with an analytical mindset.
- Ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams (QA, DevOps, Product,

PLC/Hardware).
