Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced DERM Lead to drive Delivery Excellence, Quality Management, Process Transformation, and Continuous Improvement across client engagements. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in Lean Six Sigma, Quality Management Systems (QMS), Automation, Data Analytics, Risk Management, and Stakeholder Management while leading strategic transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

- Drive a data-driven culture through Quality and Delivery Excellence initiatives.

- Lead Lean Six Sigma projects to improve productivity and business value.

- Develop continuous improvement roadmaps for client accounts.

- Deploy and sustain Quality Management Systems (iQMS), ISO, and CMMI practices.

- Lead innovation, automation, and digital transformation initiatives.

- Conduct thought leadership workshops and quality methodology trainings.

- Drive proactive risk identification through the No Surprise Framework.

- Engage with clients and stakeholders to ensure successful deployment of Delivery Excellence initiatives.

- Mentor teams on Lean Six Sigma, QMS, Automation, and Process Excellence.

- Promote continuous process improvement, governance, and operational excellence.

Required Skills & Qualifications





- 10+ years of overall experience in Business Transformation or Process Excellence.

- Minimum 4 years of Lean Six Sigma/Transformation experience in FAO processes.

- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certification (Mandatory).

- Strong expertise in Lean Six Sigma methodologies.

- Experience in Quality Management Systems (QMS), ISO, and CMMI.

- Strong stakeholder, client, and program management skills.

- Experience in Automation, Data Analytics, AI, or Machine Learning (preferred).

- Excellent analytical, presentation, communication, and problem-solving skills.
