Execute routine HR transactions including onboarding, offboarding, promotions, transfers, and benefits setup.

Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy in HRIS systems.

Respond to employee and manager inquiries on HR policies, pay, benefits, leaves, performance management, and company guidelines via Workday Help/ServiceNow; Support internal audits and ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies.

Collaborate with HR Centers of Excellence and other HR functions to ensure seamless service delivery.

Participate in projects and provide input from an operational perspective.

Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field.





- 2-4 years of experience in HR operations strong HR operations/Shared Services experience, preferably in a multinational environment.
- Hands-on experience with Workday HCM and HR ticketing tools (ServiceNow, Workday Help). - Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work independently with moderate supervision.
