With a strong team of young professionals, we foster a culture of ownership, collaboration, innovation, and long-term value creation . We are looking for a Mobile Application Developer with solid hands-on experience in Flutter and/or React Native to build and scale our B2C mobile applications.
Candidates with recent experience i n FinTech, Digital Lending, Banking, NBFC, Payments, Insurance, or Financial Services will be strongly preferred.

Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable Android and iOS applications using Flutter and/or React Native.
Develop high-performance B2C applications with a strong focus on reliability, security, and user experience.
Integrate RESTful/GraphQL APIs, financial APIs, payment gateways, and third-party SDKs.
Work closely with Product, UI/UX, Backend, QA, DevOps, and Business teams to deliver features end-to-end.




Monitor application performance and stability using Firebase Crashlytics and Analytics , and proactively resolve crashes, ANRs, and production issues.
Implement push notifications, deep linking, Remote Config, attribution, and analytics integrations.
Manage application releases through Google Play Console and Apple App Store Connect , including versioning and production deployments.
Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to clean coding and development standards.
4–6 years of professional experience in Mobile Application Development.

- Strong hands-on experience with Flutter and React Native .
- Proficiency in Dart and/or JavaScript/TypeScript .
- Good understanding of Android and iOS application lifecycle, platform guidelines, permissions, storage, and networking.
- Experience with Firebase Crashlytics, Analytics, FCM, and Remote Config .
- Experience with Google Play Console and Apple App Store Connect .
- Strong understanding of mobile application security and performance optimization.
