Spanish Payroll Specialist

Job Description

We are looking for a Spanish Payroll Specialist with experience in payroll processing, payroll systems, and HRIS platforms. The ideal candidate should be fluent in Spanish and have a good understanding of Spanish payroll regulations, statutory contributions, and employment-related compliance requirements.

Mandatory Skills & Requirements

- 2–4 years of experience in payroll systems, payroll processing, and/or HRIS platforms.

- Fluency in Spanish is mandatory.

- Hands-on experience with payroll platforms such as ADP, Paychex, Deel, SAP, Workday, or similar systems.

- Good understanding of:

- IRPF (Personal Income Tax).

- Seguridad Social (Social Security Contributions).

- Statutory Benefits.

- Collective Bargaining Agreements (Convenios).

- Experience in end-to-end payroll processing, review, and analysis.

- Ability to collect, calculate, validate, and maintain payroll data.

- Experience maintaining employee records and handling HR-related queries.

- Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.

- Ability to manage deadlines in a demanding environment.

- Solid written and verbal communication skills.





- High level of professionalism and confidentiality.

Good to Have

- Multicountry payroll exposure, including the US, Canada, UK, Switzerland, Malaysia, UAE, Saudi Arabia, or other countries.

Key Responsibilities

- Process payroll for hourly and salaried employees according to the client's pay calendar and schedule.

- Review and validate timekeeping records, payroll adjustments, and employee changes.

- Ensure accurate calculation of wages, overtime, bonuses, deductions, and taxes.

- Maintain payroll records in compliance with statutory and country/site-specific regulations.

- Respond to employee payroll inquiries and resolve payroll discrepancies in a timely manner.

- Coordinate with HR teams regarding new hires, terminations, benefits, and employee updates.

- Ensure accurate and timely completion of end-to-end payroll processing.

- Maintain confidentiality of employee and payroll-related information.

- Shift: 3:00 PM IST to 1:00 AM IST.

- Location: Bangalore.

- Eligibility: Ex-TCS employees are not eligible to apply.

- Profile Creation Requirement: PAN and Date of Birth (DOB) are mandatory for profile creation.
