Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Onboarding Manager – HRO Services to manage the end-to-end onboarding process for new employees and clients. The role involves coordinating with internal teams, understanding client requirements, ensuring compliance, and delivering a seamless onboarding experience.

The ideal candidate should have strong experience in HRO/HR services, onboarding or implementation, excellent client management skills, and the ability to lead large teams and manage processes in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Onboarding & Process Management

Manage the end-to-end onboarding process for new employees, ensuring timely and accurate completion of all activities.

Coordinate with internal teams to understand client requirements and deliver customized onboarding solutions.

Develop detailed onboarding/project plans and ensure key milestones are achieved within agreed timelines.

Act as a key liaison between clients and internal teams to ensure smooth communication and issue resolution.

Compliance & Documentation

Ensure all required employee documentation is collected, verified, and processed in accordance with legal and regulatory requirements.

Maintain accurate onboarding records and documentation for audit and compliance purposes.

Ensure adherence to organizational policies, client requirements, and applicable HRO standards.

Client & Employee Support

Facilitate the onboarding of client employees into HRIS/HR systems.

Ensure timely communication of company policies, benefits, processes, and other relevant information.





Build strong relationships with clients and proactively address onboarding-related concerns.

Performance Management

Monitor key onboarding metrics, including turnaround time, client satisfaction, quality, and employee engagement.

Provide regular performance updates, reports, and insights to senior leadership.

Identify risks and proactively implement corrective actions.

Continuous Improvement

Identify process gaps and opportunities to improve onboarding efficiency and client experience.

Drive process improvement and standardization initiatives.

Stay updated on HRO industry trends, technology, and best practices.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

9–12 years of overall experience, preferably in HRO, HR services, HR operations, or related industries.

Minimum 5 years of experience in onboarding/implementation in a Lead or Managerial role.

Experience managing a team size of 35+ employees.

Strong experience in client-facing roles and stakeholder management.

Technical Skills

Hands-on experience with HRIS platforms such as ADP, Workday, BambooHR, or similar systems.

Advanced Excel skills.

Robust knowledge of onboarding processes, HR operations, documentation, and compliance.
