Help turn customer needs into useful email-security capabilities. As a Product Analyst, you will own a clearly bounded feature or administrator workflow, working directly with engineering and a senior product manager from discovery through delivery and measurement. Investigate customer and administrator needs through interviews, support feedback, usage data and market or competitor research. Partner with engineering and design to evaluate feasibility, refine the backlog and recommend priorities within the agreed scope. Track feature milestones, dependencies and delivery risks against the agreed roadmap. Support validation and release readiness, prepare internal product briefings or training, and gather customer feedback after launch.



You are accountable for the quality and outcomes of your assigned feature or workflow, not only meeting coordination. A bachelor's degree in engineering, business or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience and 2-5 years of experience in product management, project management, software engineering or a comparable role.

- Adjacent experience is welcome when it demonstrates customer problem-solving and delivery of software outcomes.
- Working knowledge of agile delivery and cybersecurity fundamentals, together with the ability to interpret customer feedback and product data.
- Preferred, not required: familiarity with email administration, Microsoft 365, phishing and malware protection, and basic email authentication concepts such as SPF, DKIM and DMARC. Regular senior PM coaching, engineering partnership and customer conversations will help you strengthen discovery, prioritisation and analytical judgement. Success means well-defined requirements, transparent delivery risks, useful customer insights and measurable improvement in your assigned area, with progressively greater independence as your skills develop.
