Job Description – Team Lead, Employee Benefits

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Team Lead – Employee Benefits to manage claims and reimbursement operations, lead a team of processors, ensure SLA/KPI adherence, and handle stakeholder queries and escalations.

Key Responsibilities

- Review claims processed by the team for accuracy and completeness.

- Lead, guide, and monitor the performance of the processing team.

- Act as the SPOC for stakeholders, handling inquiries and providing timely updates.

- Manage escalations and ensure effective resolution.

- Analyze claims to identify trends, potential fraud indicators, and process improvement opportunities.

- Prepare and publish performance reports and metrics for leadership.

- Maintain process documentation and support cross-skilling of team members.

- Ensure consistent achievement of SLA and KPI targets .

- Drive accuracy, quality,



and timely completion of claims/reimbursement activities.

Required Experience & Skills

- 6–10 years of experience in claims/reimbursement processing, preferably travel claims .

- Experience in team management or team leadership.

- Commerce Graduate.

- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

- Analytical and problem-solving abilities.

- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

- Strong collaboration and customer-centric approach.

- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Outlook, and SAP .

- Valuable understanding of claims review, reporting, and process compliance.
