Key Responsibilities :- Coordinate with business and IT stakeholders on project status, proposals, software system design, technical implementation, and support activities.- Analyse business and technical requirements to recommend suitable system solutions.- Troubleshoot application and system issues, identify root causes, and develop permanent resolutions.- Resolve issues in existing applications within agreed timelines and service-level targets.- Analyse existing systems and recommend modifications, enhancements, or recent system installations.- Document business requirements, technical issues, system changes, and proposed solutions.- Collaborate with development, testing, infrastructure, and support teams to ensure effective implementation.- Monitor application performance and support system stability and reliability.- Participate in system testing, issue validation, implementation, and post-deployment support.- Ensure timely communication with stakeholders regarding project progress, risks, issues, and resolutions.Required Skills & Experience :- 5 - 10 years of relevant experience in business analysis, application support, systems analysis,



or a related field.- Experience coordinating with business and IT stakeholders.- Strong troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, and problem-solving skills.- Understanding of software development, system design, implementation, and application support.- Ability to analyse existing systems and recommend appropriate enhancements or modifications.- Experience working with service-level agreements (SLAs) and incident-resolution timelines.- Strong analytical, documentation, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.- Ability to manage multiple issues and priorities while meeting agreed deadlines.Education Required :- Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field.Preferred Qualifications :- Experience with Agile methodologies, SDLC, and IT service management processes.- Familiarity with application monitoring, incident management, and problem management tools.- Exposure to SQL, databases, APIs, or system integrations.- Experience supporting enterprise applications or large-scale software systems.
