To support RateGain's DevOps and Site Reliability Engineering practices by helping engineering teams build, deploy, and operate secure, reliable, and scalable applications. This role focuses on hands-on CI/CD, cloud infrastructure, automation, monitoring, and production support while continuously improving engineering processes.
Support and improve CI/CD pipelines used for application build, testing, and deployment




Work with engineering teams to adopt consistent DevOps practices and improve development and release workflows
Assist in automating repetitive deployment and operational activities to improve engineering efficiency
Maintain clear technical documentation for deployment processes, infrastructure configurations, and operational procedures
Participate in sprint ceremonies and work closely with platform and application engineering teams on DevOps/SRE tasks
Work with cloud infrastructure and services across major cloud platforms, with GCP preferred
Monitor production systems and support troubleshooting of deployment, performance, and reliability issues
Successful and timely execution of application builds and deployments
Reduction in deployment-related errors and recurring operational issues
Enhanced monitoring and alerting coverage for supported applications and infrastructure
Adherence to cloud security, access, configuration, and operational standards
Increased automation of routine build, deployment, and operational activities
Preferred Experience

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related technical field
- 4–5 years of experience in DevOps, Site Reliability Engineering, Cloud Infrastructure, Platform Engineering, or Production Support
- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms such as GCP, AWS, or Azure (GCP preferred)
- Proficiency with CI/CD tools, automated build/deployment processes, and source control workflows
- Familiarity with Terraform or other Infrastructure as Code and configuration automation tools
- Strong understanding of Linux, networking fundamentals, scripting, and production troubleshooting
- Exposure to monitoring, logging, and observability tools
- Basic understanding of cloud security, access management, disaster recovery, and infrastructure cost awareness
