Educational Qualification

- Chartered Accountant (CA) – Mandatory or

- Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) – Mandatory

Experience

- 7–10 years of relevant experience in the Capital Markets or Financial Services domain.

- Robust expertise in Financial Statement Analysis, Equity/Fixed Income Markets, and Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A;).

- Experience working with Capital Market operations, trade lifecycle, or investment research processes.

Required Skills

- CA or CFA qualification.

- Strong Capital Market domain knowledge.

- Advanced analytical capability in evaluating Financial Statements.

- Expertise in Ratio Analysis, Trend Analysis, and Comparative Financial Analysis.

- Strong understanding of Equity, Fixed Income, Stock Market, and Capital Market operations.

- Knowledge of Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A;).

- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

- Understanding of Lean Six Sigma and/or Agile methodologies.

Preferred Skills

- Certifications in Capital or Stock Markets such as NISM, CMSA , or equivalent.

- Experience in driving process excellence and continuous improvement initiatives.

- Ability to mentor teams and provide domain expertise.

Key Responsibilities

- Analyze and interpret financial statements to evaluate company performance and profitability.

- Perform ratio analysis, trend analysis, and comparative financial analysis to support business decisions.





- Guide teams on the complete trade lifecycle, including order initiation, execution, matching, settlement, confirmation, clearing, and reconciliation.

- Partner with Product Owners and stakeholders to define functional requirements and review BRDs, functional specifications, and system design documents.

- Support change management initiatives, training programs, and team performance management through daily reviews and root cause analysis.

- Implement process improvement initiatives and drive operational excellence.

- Resolve complex business queries and support teams in achieving SLA and quality targets.

- Develop, review, and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), quality reports, and process documentation.

- Recommend and implement best practices related to Capital Markets and Financial Analysis.

- Simplify complex business problems and influence stakeholders to achieve desired outcomes.
