About the Role

Join a leading organization as a Language Interpreter (English + Malayalam) , supporting U.S.-based customers through real-time interpretation. You'll facilitate accurate communication between English and Malayalam speakers while maintaining professionalism, confidentiality, and exceptional customer service.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline

- Fluent in English and Malayalam (spoken)

- Minimum 1–2 years of International BPO/Call Center experience supporting U.S. customers

- Prior language interpretation experience is highly preferred

- Excellent listening, communication, and note-taking skills

- Ability to work in a fast-paced workplace with rotational U.S. shifts

- Familiarity with CRM tools or interpreting platforms is an advantage
