The Center Manager is responsible for the overall operations, growth, and performance of the center. This includes managing admissions, student experience, staff supervision, revenue targets, operational excellence, and ensuring high-quality service delivery.

Operations Management

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the center.
Ensure smooth functioning of all academic and administrative activities.
Maintain infrastructure, facilities,



and compliance with company standards.
# Counsel prospective students and parents.
Develop and Assist local marketing initiatives to increase enrollments.
Build relationships with schools, colleges, corporates, and community organizations.
# Monitor employee performance and productivity.
Conduct regular team meetings and provide coaching.
Optimize operational costs while maintaining service quality.
# Bachelor's degree.

- 1–2 years of experience in center operations, education management, retail, sales or service industry.
- Proven experience in team handling and achieving sales targets.
