Job Description:

We are looking for experienced Recruiters who have an existing client base and proven experience in high-volume hiring through Indeed. The ideal candidate should have robust recruitment capabilities, established client relationships, and the ability to source, screen, and deliver qualified candidates for multiple open positions.

Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end recruitment for high-volume hiring projects.
Leverage Indeed and other job portals to source and attract qualified candidates.
Bring existing clients, hiring requirements, or established client relationships.
Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and shortlist suitable candidates.
Manage multiple job openings while meeting recruitment targets and deadlines.
Coordinate with clients and hiring teams throughout the recruitment process.
Maintain candidate pipelines and provide regular recruitment updates.

Qualifications





~ Proven experience in recruitment and staffing.

Required Skills

Hands-on experience with Indeed for high-volume candidate sourcing.
An existing client base or established relationships with hiring companies.
Strong sourcing, screening, and candidate management skills.
Ability to manage multiple requirements and deliver results independently.
Excellent communication and client relationship management skills.
