Business Development Manager (BDM) – Oncology
Experience Required: 6–7 years in pharmaceutical sales, with relevant Oncology experience.
Candidates currently working in Oncology divisions of reputed pharmaceutical organizations.
Drive Oncology business development and sales growth across the assigned territory.
Develop and maintain solid relationships with medical oncologists, surgical oncologists, haematologists and key opinion leaders.
Manage key accounts across corporate hospitals, cancer institutes and specialty healthcare centres.
Support hospital formulary listings,



institutional business development and stakeholder engagement.
Conduct scientific product discussions and coordinate medical education initiatives.
Achieve territory sales targets while ensuring ethical and compliant pharmaceutical promotion.
6–7 years of relevant pharmaceutical sales experience.

- Current Oncology division experience is compulsory.
- Experience in hospital sales, institutional business or key account management.
- Pharm / B.Sc / Biotechnology graduate preferred; relevant postgraduate qualification is an advantage.
