Sourcing & Procurement – Team Leader / SME

Education

- Minimum 15 years of regular, full-time education (10+2+3).

- Graduate/Postgraduate degree in any relevant discipline, preferably Finance, Procurement, Supply Chain, or Business Administration.

Key Skills

- Excellent understanding of Sourcing and Procurement.

- Experience managing Sourcing/Procurement processes as a Team Leader or SME.

- Experience managing domestic and international suppliers/customers.

- Knowledge of MS Office.

- Exposure to ERP platforms such as Oracle, Coupa, and SAP.

- Excellent spoken and written communication skills.

- Strong collaboration and influencing skills.

- Team leadership and people management.

- Analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Strong result orientation.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage a team of 10–15 members, including recruitment, training, performance management, and attrition management.

- Manage day-to-day processes, performance metrics, SLAs, quality, and delivery.





- Ensure timely delivery and adherence to defined SLAs and process standards.

- Liaise with client organizations regarding delivery requirements and operational matters.

- Resolve queries and issues raised by requesters and suppliers.

- Manage contract and catalog creation, administration, and compliance monitoring.

- Support category teams with administrative activities, including spend consolidation and purchase order reviews.

- Identify, investigate, and resolve process exceptions.

- Drive process improvement and operational excellence initiatives.

- Ensure robust governance, controls, and compliance across procurement processes.

- Initiate process controls, quality plans, and risk mitigation initiatives.

- Identify potential operational risks and develop appropriate mitigation plans.

- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth process delivery.
