Auto Claims Adjuster

To assess and manage warranty/extended warranty claims by reviewing technical repairs, validating repair estimates, coordinating with dealers, and ensuring accurate claim adjudication based on technical findings and policy guidelines.

Hybrid: (2/3 Days work from Office)

Review and process warranty/extended warranty claims within defined service levels.

Conduct root cause analysis and assess technical findings to determine claim eligibility.

Coordinate with dealer workshops, service advisors, and technical teams for claim validation and clarification.

Handle claim-related escalations and communicate decisions professionally via phone and email.

Monitor claim trends and provide analytical insights on recurring failures and repair patterns.

Ensure adherence to warranty policies, processes, and guidelines.

Maintain accurate claim records and documentation.

Bachelor's Degree / Diploma in Mechanical, Automobile, or related Engineering discipline. Minimum 3 years of experience in Automobile Service, Warranty, or Technical Support functions within an OEM, Automobile Manufacturer, Dealership, or Warranty Administration environment.

Strong knowledge of automotive systems and aggregates, including engine, transmission, electrical, and vehicle electronics.

Valuable understanding of vehicle diagnostic procedures, repair methodologies, and workshop operations.

Experience in claim assessment, estimate verification, and technical report analysis. Strong technical troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills.

Ability to validate repair estimates, parts applicability,



and labor operations.

Proficiency in MS Office and claim management systems.

Experience in Electric Vehicle (EV) diagnosis, service, or warranty operations.
