Handle outbound travel inquiries via calls, emails, and social media platforms.
Understand client requirements and suggest suitable travel packages (honeymoon, family, corporate, etc.).
Maintain CRM data accurately and follow up with potential clients regularly.
Handle end-to-end operations for domestic and international travel itineraries.
Coordinate with airlines, hotels, transport vendors, and local partners for bookings.
Prepare travel documents such as vouchers, itineraries, and confirmations, and share them with the sales team and the client.
Monitor ongoing trips, provide support in case of issues, and ensure client satisfaction.
Assist in process improvements for better efficiency and service delivery. Email Management English Proficiency (Spoken) English Proficiency (Written) Microsoft 365 MS-Office
have minimum 1 years of experience




Confident in handling B2C travel leads and direct client interactions.
Knowledge of destinations like Dubai, Bali, Singapore, the Maldives, Europe, etc., Proficient in using CRM tools and basic Excel.
