SCPMI is an independent global certification body for the procurement and supply chain profession. We are early, we are growing fast, and we are looking for a Marketing Manager to own how we show up in the world.

This is not a role inside a large marketing department. You will be the marketing function. You will plan the campaigns, write the copy, design the creative and publish it yourself, across every channel we use. You will work alongside our Community Engagement Director and report directly to the Chief Executive Officer. The two of you together are how a global professional community gets built.

Plan, write, design and publish across LinkedIn, the SCPMI company page and every other channel we operate.
Build and run the posting calendar, and keep it full.
Post into professional groups and communities under your own professional profile as well as the SCPMI page. SCPMI serves 28 industries, from agriculture to semiconductors, and each one has its own language.
Promote Industry Essentials 5.0, our free sector courses, into the communities where those professionals actually are.
Create the creative for each campaign: static, carousel and short-form video.

Produce finished creative for social, web, email, events and print.
Work within the SCPMI brand and keep it consistent everywhere it appears.
Build and maintain reusable templates so the output scales without the quality dropping.

Grow the community
Grow membership of the SCPMI community, and convert followers and campaign traffic into members.
Produce the supporting creative and post-event content.

Brief and manage external marketing agencies as the programme scales, and hold them to the brief.




Coordinate with the Community Engagement Director so campaigns and community activity reinforce each other.
We are a certification body, and the language we use is governed.
Our free courses carry a certificate of completion and are never described as a certification, and no content may imply that certification is easier, faster or cheaper if SCPMI training is used.
Fast, and comfortable shipping work without a long approval chain.
A good writer in English, for a professional and technical audience.
5+ years in marketing, with substantial hands-on social media ownership.

- You can produce finished, qualified creative yourself, and your portfolio shows it.
- Canva and Figma at minimum; Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator or InDesign is a strong advantage.
- Experience running organic social campaigns that produced measurable sign-ups or conversions, and the ability to talk about the numbers.
- Strong written English.
- Based in Hyderabad, or willing to relocate.

Experience in education, professional training, certification or a membership body.
Experience marketing to a global B2B audience rather than a single domestic market.
Short-form video and motion graphics.
Email marketing and marketing automation.
Experience briefing and managing an external agency.
You will join at the point where the brand is still being decided, where there is no playbook, and where the work you publish this quarter is what the market will think SCPMI is. Full ownership of the marketing function at a global institution in its first year.
