Responsibilities include guiding applicants through the admissions process, explaining program structures and outcomes, and ensuring a smooth application experience. Candidates should possess Education-related understanding or experience to effectively explain learning pathways, curricula, and career outcomes.
Relevant qualifications such as a bachelor's degree in education, business, communications, or a related field are preferred.
