Hiring: PTP Helpdesk Specialist – Kolkata

Location: Kolkata

Experience: 4–6 Years

Salary: Up to ₹9 LPA

Work Mode: 5 Days Work from Office

Shift: ANZ Shift (Starting 2–3 AM IST)

Role Overview:
We are looking for an experienced PTP/Accounts Payable qualified to handle vendor and internal queries, invoice/payment issues, helpdesk tickets, reconciliations, and stakeholder escalations.

Key Requirements:

- 4–6 years of experience in P2P / Accounts Payable

- 2+ years of experience as an SME in a similar process

- Strong knowledge of SAP or JD Edwards

- Advanced Excel skills: VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, SUMIFS, COUNTIFS, Pivot Tables, Ageing, Date Functions, etc.

- Excellent English communication and stakeholder management skills

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

- Experience in reporting, compliance and SLA management

- Willingness to work in ANZ shift and from office
