We partner with some of the world's leading storytellers and entertainment companies, including Netflix, HBO, Disney, Marvel, Amazon Studios, Warner Bros. In 2026, Rodeo FX opened its newest studio in Bengaluru , expanding our global network across Canada, the United States, Europe and India. Located in International Tech Park Bengaluru , the new 40,000-square-foot studio is designed to accommodate up to 400 artists and supports both Rodeo FX and Mikros Animation.

Our Bengaluru team is fully integrated into Rodeo FX's global pipeline, collaborating with artists, supervisors and production teams across our international studios on incredible projects.

To support close collaboration, strong team connections, and the creative energy of our studio, all Bengaluru roles are expected to work from the studio five days per week . This on-site presence helps foster effective communication, faster decision-making, knowledge sharing, and a consistent studio culture across teams.

The HR Coordinator supports the Human Resources department with day-to-day administrative management. They manage employee records, oversee personnel movements, and contribute to various HR projects. Acting as the primary contact for functional support of the HRIS, they ensure the quality and accuracy of HR data, aligning it with operational needs.

The role also includes supporting training activities, managing learning databases, and creating development plans.



As an HR ambassador, the HR Coordinator fosters a positive work setting, promotes the company’s values, and provides exemplary service to employees and managers.

Update HR systems to reflect team changes and ensure effective communication with payroll.

Manage personnel movements in the HRIS, ensuring data quality and conducting regular audits.

HR Support:

Provide administrative support to the HR team, including meeting planning, report production, and data analysis.

Monitor temporary contracts and coordinate renewals when necessary.

Respond promptly to employee and manager inquiries regarding policies, processes, and other requests (e.g., Training and Development:

Participate in the development of course plans and career development strategies.

Special Projects and OHS:

Participate in HR projects such as implementing new policies, processes, or programs.

Support workplace health and safety initiatives, including awareness campaigns and prevention activities.

Degree in Human Resources,or a related field.

- Experience with HRIS (an asset).
- Strong knowledge of Google Suite.
