Job Summary

We are hiring a Quality Check & MIS professional with strong Finance & Accounting experience across AP, AR, GL, PTP, OTC, RTR, Payroll, Project Costing, Treasury, Tax and FP&A; .

Key Responsibilities

- Perform quality checks and reviews for F&A; processes.

- Support AP, RTR and PTP teams during month-end and quarter-end close.

- Conduct compliance verification, approvals and internal quality reviews.

- Review SOX reporting and support statutory/internal audits and GFC compliance.

- Conduct periodic training on accounting policies, procedures and customer-specific changes.

- Manage client calls regarding SLA/KPI compliance and process improvement.

- Drive transformation and continuous process improvement initiatives.

- Handle QC, audit activities and MIS reporting.

- Prepare SLA/KPI reports and governance decks.





- Manage internal and external stakeholders.

Required Skills

- 5–10 years of relevant Finance & Accounting experience.

- Strong analytical and strategic-thinking skills.

- Excellent verbal and written communication.

- Excellent MS Excel and PowerPoint skills.

- Good understanding of ERP systems.

- Robust interpersonal and stakeholder-management skills.

- Result-oriented approach.

- Experience working with global stakeholders and tight turnaround deadlines.

Education

Finance Professional / Graduate with relevant F&A; experience.

Eligibility
