We're looking for a highly organized and proactive Recruiting Coordinator (Contractor) to support our Talent team in delivering an exceptional candidate experience. Coordinate interviews across multiple time zones, ensuring seamless communication between candidates, hiring managers, and interviewers.
Serve as the first point of contact for candidates, providing timely updates and ensuring a positive and qualified experience throughout the process.
Support the talent team by maintaining accurate data in our Applicant Tracking System (Ashby) and assisting with reporting needs.
3+ years of experience in a recruiting coordinator role, ideally in a fast-paced environment.

This India-based role will primarily support recruiting coordination across APAC and EMEA, with an expected schedule of 10 am–6 pm IST.
