Role Overview

We are hiring an OTC – Assistant Manager (Pricing) to lead pricing strategy, commercial analysis, deal structuring, and contract governance within Finance & Accounting operations. The role involves working closely with Sales, Finance, Legal, and Contracting teams to deliver commercially viable pricing solutions while supporting revenue growth and profitability.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and optimize pricing strategies for business opportunities.

- Support deal structuring, commercial proposals, and RFQ/RFP responses.

- Perform financial analysis, pricing validation, and profitability assessments.

- Collaborate with Sales, Finance, Legal, and Contracting teams.

- Ensure pricing governance and compliance with company policies.

- Conduct market and competitive pricing analysis.

- Support contract pricing reviews and commercial negotiations.

- Prepare pricing reports, dashboards, and business insights.

- Work with ERP systems for pricing and financial operations.

- Drive process improvements and operational excellence.

Required Skills & Qualifications





- 7–10 years of experience in Pricing, Commercial Finance, FP&A;, or Contracting.

- Experience in global and client-facing environments.

- Strong financial modeling and analytical skills.

- Good understanding of P&L;, cost structures, and margin optimization.

- Advanced MS Excel skills.

- ERP experience (SAP, Oracle, or equivalent).

- Knowledge of pricing strategies (Cost-Based, Value-Based, Competitive Pricing).

- Ability to manage multiple deals under tight deadlines.

- Robust stakeholder management and communication skills.
