About the job
Key Responsibilities:

1. Maintain client payment records, invoices, receipts, and outstanding balances for incorporation and compliance services.
2. Track government fees, stamp duty, DSC charges, ROC filing fees, and other service-related expenses.
3. Reconcile Razorpay, Cashfree, bank transactions, and CRM payment entries.
4. Coordinate with incorporation and compliance teams regarding payment status and expense requirements.
5. Prepare daily collection reports and maintain accurate financial documentation.
6. Follow up on pending client payments and resolve basic payment discrepancies. Skill(s) required
